Refund Policy

  • Once an order is placed, all sales are final as everything needed to do the challenge has been emailed to you. Forty Forty Challenge does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless items are damaged or defective due to manufacturing.

  • In the chance that a refund is made, a fee will be charged to cover shipping and transaction fees.

  • Once a label is created, we cannot change the shipping address. If the package is sent back to us due to incorrect shipping information or an incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost to ship back out. This is necessary to get your package as all sales are final. We typically will not reship an item until the original item is delivered back to us.

  • If you do not receive your package within a week of saying it was delivered, please reach out to us via email so we can help troubleshoot. As long as shipping protection was paid for, your package is covered due to loss, damage or being stolen.
