Forty Forty™ Challenge 2025 (Fall)

C

My sis asked me to do this with her and I said okay. I had no idea how impactful it would be! I did all forty days in a row and now I’m hooked, not just on the walking everyday but as I walked, I listened to inspirational talks or music. I loved having the daily scriptures and challenges, too.
Do it..it might just become a new habit for you, like it did for me.

1st timer 40_40 challenge

I have enjoyed the 40_40 challenge immensely! I loved the layout of the prompts, ease of jotting down insights about the scripture readings in John. I have used the printable journal to keep track of my daily progress. I loved the access to the accountability sites both in Messenger and Facebook. Those I tend not to be as vocal within the group, I did gain insight and encouragement. I enjoyed and felt blessed at the chance to pray for those who were struggling.

Absolutely love this exercise and what its done for us both spiritually and physically. We give it four stars as we'd like to see a cheaper option that doesn't include the medal.

Forty Forty helped me connect my walking with prayer. Thanks
