What Is 40 40 BOOTCAMP?

40 40 BOOTCAMP is a free faith-based fitness training program designed to help you establish healthy habits before beginning a Forty Forty Challenge.

Over the next 40 days, you’ll focus on moving your body, growing your faith, and building consistency one day at a time.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is preparation.

By the end of the program, you’ll have a stronger foundation physically, mentally, and spiritually.

How It Works

Step 1: Move Daily

Complete at least 20 minutes of intentional movement each day.
