A littleThe Forty Forty Advent Challenge
Ever get to Christmas and wonder how December went by so fast? Between the shopping and everything on the calendar, time with Jesus can become the thing we keep meaning to get to.
Let’s make time for Him this year. We’ll read a little Scripture each day and head out for a mile, following the promise of our Savior from Genesis to His birth.
Your complete Advent kit
Your daily reading is already planned out, and yes, the cozy hat comes with it! Here’s what’s included when you join us:
December 1–25, 2026 · Join us from wherever you are.

Maybe your walk is a chance to talk with Jesus by yourself. Or maybe you bring someone along and talk about what you’ve been reading. Either way, you can make it your own.
Here’s how it works
You don’t have to become a morning person for this. (Really.) Find a time that works in your actual life, even if it looks a little different every day.
Start with that day’s card. Read the Scripture and reflection, then take the “Truth to Carry” with you as you go about your day.
Walk or run one mile at your own pace. If a mile isn’t possible, do 20 minutes of another exercise, like biking. You can still be part of this!
The card also gives you a practical challenge to try that day. It’s a way to put what you’re reading into practice, right in the middle of your ordinary life.
A season to look forward to
Begin in Genesis.
Read with Christmas in view.
Celebrate His birth.
We’ll follow the promise of Jesus all the way to His birth.
Daily encouragement, right where you are
Ever sit down with your Bible and spend half your time deciding what to read? Your daily card takes care of that. The Scripture and reflection are right there, along with a “Truth to Carry” and a challenge for the day.
Pop the card in its wooden stand somewhere you’ll actually see it. The kitchen counter works, even if it’s currently covered in Christmas cookies. 😊
25 daysCome and adore Him with us
We love Christmas, too. But it’s easy to spend so much time getting ready for it that we barely stop to think about Who we’re celebrating. This is a little time each day to do exactly that.
your December starts here ↗
You don’t have to walk alone
Some days you’ll be excited to get outside. Other days, the couch will be very convincing. 😅 Our private accountability group gives you people to check in with who are making time for Jesus, too.
You can do your daily walk on your own and still have people cheering you on. And if you’d rather invite a friend to join you, we’d love that.
We would love to spend this Advent season with you.
