Terms & Conditions

Welcome
Forty Forty LLC ("Forty Forty," "we," or "us") helps people grow strong personal relationships with Jesus through movement. Our Ambassador Program rewards approved participants for introducing others to Forty Forty through honest, welcoming recommendations. These terms govern participation in the program, which is administered using Social Snowball.
1. Joining the program
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate application and payment information, and be able to receive payments through a supported payout method. Applications are reviewed individually; applying or purchasing from Forty Forty does not automatically make you an ambassador. Participation begins only after our approval and your acceptance of these terms.
There is no application fee, required purchase, minimum follower count, or guaranteed gift. You are responsible for any separate employer, school, athletic-association, or other restrictions that apply to your participation. Keep your account credentials private and your contact information current.
2. Program tiers and customer discounts

Premium Partners is an invitation-only tier. We consider brand fit, authentic content, audience engagement, and verified referral results. Promotion is not automatic and is not based solely on follower count. Any different arrangement must be confirmed by Forty Forty in writing.
Your customer code offers 10% off eligible merchandise and is limited to one use per customer for that code. Availability, eligible products, and combination with other offers are governed by the checkout rules. Do not promise additional discounts, free shipping, or benefits that we have not authorized. Commission rates apply to qualifying orders placed while the relevant rate is in effect; moving tiers does not retroactively change earlier orders.
3. Qualifying referrals and tracking
Use the personal referral link or code assigned to you. Link tracking is configured with a 30-day cookie window. Attribution depends on the referral information recorded by Social Snowball and Shopify; using a different code, device, browser, or blocked cookies may affect tracking. A visit alone does not earn commission, and an order is not eligible for duplicate affiliate commissions.
Commission is calculated on the eligible merchandise amount actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, and refunded amounts. The customer must complete payment, and the order must pass our review.
Your own purchases, fabricated or duplicate orders, fraudulent transactions, canceled orders, and fully refunded or charged-back sales do not qualify. Partially refunded orders have their commissions reduced accordingly. Do not arrange purchases under another identity to evade the self-referral rule. Gifts and other zero-value orders do not generate commission.
If a referral appears to be missing or incorrect, email us with the order number and relevant details within 30 days of discovering the issue. We will review the available records; do not request or share a customer's payment credentials.
4. Commission review and payment
The program currently covers physical-product orders. Commissions remain pending for at least 30 days after the referred order is shipped. Preorders may therefore remain pending until shipment and the review period are complete. Pending amounts are estimates, not a promise of immediate payment.
We process approved, payable balances of at least $25 USD on the 15th of each month, or the next business day. The $25 threshold is measured before payout fees are deducted. Smaller balances carry forward. You must complete required payment and tax verification before payment can be released. Transfers may take additional time to arrive.
You are responsible for fees charged to process or receive your commission payout, including applicable payout-processing, transfer, withdrawal, and currency-conversion fees. These may be deducted from your commission payment, so the amount you receive may be lower than your approved commission balance. Before your first payout, we or the payment provider will disclose the applicable fee amount or calculation method; changes will be disclosed before they apply to a later payout. Any fees deducted by Forty Forty will be limited to actual fees attributable to your payout, without a markup, and itemized on your payout record. Forty Forty's software subscription and customer checkout-processing costs are not charged to ambassadors under this provision.
We may hold the disputed portion of a balance while reviewing suspected fraud, a chargeback, or a violation, and will explain the reason and request relevant information when appropriate. Undisputed eligible commissions remain payable. If an already-paid order is later refunded, canceled, or charged back, the corresponding amount may be offset against future commissions, with the adjustment shown or explained to you.
You are responsible for applicable taxes on your earnings. We or our payment provider may request tax documentation and issue required reports. No minimum income or number of referrals is guaranteed.
5. Honest promotion and disclosures
Share your own experience and represent Forty Forty with honesty, kindness, and respect. Do not claim to have used a product or completed a challenge if you have not. Do not make unsupported promises about health, weight loss, earnings, or guaranteed spiritual outcomes.
Clearly disclose your financial relationship wherever you endorse Forty Forty. For example: “I earn a commission if you buy through this link.” If you received a gift, say so clearly, such as “Forty Forty gave me this product, and I earn a commission through my link.”
Place the disclosure with the recommendation where people will notice it, before a “more” break where possible. For videos, make the disclosure in the video; for Stories, put readable disclosure text on the endorsement frame. A profile-only disclosure, brand tag, or discount code alone is not a substitute for a clear explanation. Use platform disclosure tools in addition to clear wording when required. Follow applicable advertising rules and platform policies.
6. Prohibited promotion
Do not:
- Submit codes or links to coupon, deal, cashback, or browser-extension services, or intentionally distribute them for those services to collect.
- Buy ads using Forty Forty's name, trademarks, misspellings, or branded search terms without prior written permission; other paid campaigns also require our written approval.
- Send spam, buy contact lists, post unsolicited promotional messages, or place your code in comments on Forty Forty's own promotional posts to divert existing customers.
- Impersonate Forty Forty, register confusingly similar accounts or domains, create misleading offers, or overwrite another affiliate's attribution through deceptive methods.
- Use fake engagement, automated referral manipulation, discriminatory harassment, or content that unlawfully infringes another person's rights.
If your code appears on a coupon site without your involvement, tell us promptly. We will investigate rather than automatically treating unauthorized third-party copying as misconduct by you.
7. Brand materials, content, and gifts
You may use brand materials we provide for approved program promotion while your participation remains active. Do not alter our logos or imply you can speak or make commitments on behalf of Forty Forty. You retain ownership of your original content. Program participation alone does not give us permission to run paid ads using your content or likeness; any such use requires a separate agreement.
Gifts are discretionary, individually approved, and not guaranteed by membership or tier. A gift never requires a positive review. Specific content deliverables, deadlines, usage rights, or paid services must be agreed separately in writing. There is no general monthly posting quota under these terms.
8. Leaving, suspension, and changes
Either party may end participation by written notice. We may suspend links or codes while investigating suspected misuse and may terminate participation for violations. Stop new promotion using our program materials, links, and codes after termination; do not remove disclosures from historical sponsored content that remains visible.
Valid commissions earned before termination are not forfeited merely because participation ends. Subject to verification and refund or fraud adjustments, any remaining payable balance will be processed in the next monthly payment cycle after eligibility requirements are met, even if it is below $25.
We will provide at least 14 days' notice by email of material changes to commission rates or payment terms. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce valid commissions already earned. Immediate changes may be necessary to comply with law or stop fraud; we will notify affected participants promptly. You may leave the program if you do not accept a change.
9. Relationship and responsibility
Participation does not create employment, a legal partnership, or authority to bind Forty Forty. You control your promotional activity and are responsible for your own expenses unless we agree otherwise in writing. Customer purchases remain subject to Forty Forty's store policies; these program terms do not change customer rights or refund policies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation. This does not excuse payment of valid earned commissions or limit responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. No particular sales result, platform uptime, or uninterrupted tracking is guaranteed.
We use application, referral, and payment information to administer the program through our service providers, subject to our published privacy policy. Do not send bank details or tax identifiers through ordinary email; use the designated secure payment-verification process.
10. Contact and acceptance
Questions, payment inquiries, suspected code misuse, or requests to leave the program may be sent to walkwithjesus@fortyfortychallenge.com.
By checking the agreement box when applying, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms. Approval is still required before participation begins. A separately signed agreement controls any expressly conflicting provision for that participant.
