Shipping policy

  • Once a label is created, we cannot change the shipping address. If the package is sent back to us due to incorrect shipping information or an incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost to ship back out. We will not reship an item until the original item is delivered back to us.
  • Any issues with delivery, please reach out to your local USPS so they can help troubleshoot. If you do not receive your package within a week of saying it was delivered, please reach out to us via email if the above actions were already taken. There is insurance on the package.
